Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.

Make your deposit by cashiers check or money order payable to:
Rebecca Klements and be sure to include a copy of the completed Reservations Contract.

Final Payment

The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and is payable by cashiers check or money order. If booking is made within the 30 day period full payment is due to confirm reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. The following assessments will apply on cancellations:

• 91+ days prior to arrival - 20% of rent
• 61 - 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of rent
• Christmas and New Years - 100% of rent

• Taxes and Fees: Included
• Gratuity/Tip: Optional
• Cleaning Fee (2X per week): Included, (Daily cleaning available for an additional charge)
